Ginger R. Lore

Attorney at Law

Ginger earned an undergraduate degree in Communication from Florida Statute University in Tallahassee, Florida in 1994. After college she relocated to Orlando and worked for a law firm for several years. Ginger attended law school at DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2002. During law school she worked as a law clerk for a well-respected plaintiff’s personal injury firm.

Ginger and her husband returned to the Orlando area in 2002. For several years she worked in the area of insurance defense for a well-known Orlando firm where she primarily handled medical malpractice and premises liability matters. Ginger also served as in-house counsel for a small company and handled family law matters before finding her true passion in the area of estate planning, probate, elder law and guardianship.

Ginger served as a Guardian ad Litem for children who have been neglected and abused for 3 years and served on the board for Lift Disability Network for 2 years. She has also served as a Guardian ad Litem for injured children since 2008. Ginger is an active member of her community and enjoys spending time with her family and running.

GGinger enjoys working with clients of all ages and their families to plan for the future or to resolve current legal issues.

Pamela MacDonald

Legal Assistant

Pam earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the Florida State University in 1996. She worked as a Loss Prevention Manager at Walt Disney World for six years before “retiring” to be a full-time stay-at home Mom to her three children. Now, one of those kids is a Florida Gator and the other two are in high school! Pam joined the Law Offices of Ginger R. Lore, P.A. staff in March of 2011. Pam enjoys working with probate cases and meeting clients. When not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband of 22 years. Pam is in the office Tuesday through Friday.

Melissa McIntosh

Paralegal

Melissa earned an A.S. in Legal Studies and graduated Cum Laude from St. Petersburg College in 2006. She worked as a paralegal for 3 years for a financial company. After the birth of her first child, Melissa became a stay-at-home mom. She became a team member of the Law Offices of Ginger R. Lore, P.A. in July of 2014 and currently works part-time as a paralegal on estate planning, probate and guardianship cases. In her free time Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her church and baking.

Laura Stewart

Laura earned her undergraduate degree in Telecommunication-News from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida in 1997. After college, she worked as a news reporter in Orlando for several years before attending law school at the University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio. During law school, she served as Editor in Chief of the Dayton Law Review and graduated in 2005 magna cum laude with her Juris Doctor degree.  For the next eight years, Laura worked in the litigation department at a large corporate defense law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio where she specialized in workers' compensation cases and advised businesses on complying with the Medicare Secondary Payer Act.

Laura and her husband moved to Orlando in 2013 to raise their two children in their home state.  She joined the Law Offices of Ginger R. Lore, P.A. in January 2017 as a law clerk and currently works part-time to help raise her family.   In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, paddle boarding, and running

Jennette Sweetman

Receptionist

Jennette earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Covenant College in 2015. She worked for the college until 2017 when she moved to Orlando. Jennette joined the Law Offices of Ginger R. Lore, P. A. staff in June 2017. She enjoys organizing the office and meeting new clients. In her free time Jennette enjoys spending time with her friends and family and traveling.  She has been married for 3 years.
