Ginger R. Lore

Ginger earned an undergraduate degree in Communication from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida in 1994. After college she relocated to Orlando and worked for a law firm for several years. Ginger attended law school at DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2002. During law school she worked as a law clerk for a well-respected plaintiff’s personal injury firm.
Ginger and her husband returned to the Orlando area in 2002. For several years she worked in the area of insurance defense for a well-known Orlando firm where she primarily handled medical malpractice and premises liability matters. Ginger also served as in-house counsel for a small company and handled family law matters before finding her true passion in the area of estate planning, probate, elder law and guardianship.
Ginger served as a Guardian ad Litem for children who have been neglected and abused for 3 years and served on the board for Lift Disability Network for 2 years. She has also served as a Guardian ad Litem for injured children since 2008. Ginger is an active member of her community and enjoys spending time with her family and running.
Ginger enjoys working with clients of all ages and their families to plan for the future or to resolve current legal issues.
Melissa earned an A.S. in Legal Studies and graduated Cum Laude from St. Petersburg College in 2006. She worked as a paralegal for 3 years for a financial company. After the birth of her first child, Melissa became a stay-at-home mom. She became a team member of the Law Offices of Ginger R. Lore, P.A. in July of 2014 and currently works part-time as a paralegal on estate planning, probate and guardianship cases. In her free time Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her church and baking.
Katiria (“Kathy”) Nasca
Kathy earned her A.S. in Legal Studies at Valencia College. Kathy worked as a Paralegal in other law firms in Central Florida before joining the Law Offices of Ginger R. Lore in September of 2019. Fluent in Spanish and English, Kathy enjoys every aspect of the Probate process and helping clients during difficult situations. Kathy is married and has children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and loves the beach.
Laura earned her undergraduate degree in Telecommunication-News from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida in 1997. After college, she worked as a news reporter in Orlando for several years before attending law school at the University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio. During law school, she served as Editor in Chief of the Dayton Law Review and graduated in 2005 magna cum laude with her Juris Doctor degree. For the next eight years, Laura worked in the litigation department at a large corporate defense law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio where she specialized in workers’ compensation cases and advised businesses on complying with the Medicare Secondary Payer Act.
Laura and her husband moved to Orlando in 2013 to raise their two children in their home state. She joined the Law Offices of Ginger R. Lore, P.A. in January 2017 as a law clerk and currently works part-time to help raise her family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, paddle boarding, and running.
Jennette earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Covenant College in 2015. She worked for the college until 2017 when she moved to Orlando. Jennette joined the Law Offices of Ginger R. Lore, P.A. staff in June 2017. She enjoys organizing the office and meeting new clients. In her free time Jennette enjoys spending time with her friends and family and traveling. She has been married for 3 years.
Jennifer is married and has two children. She has held a FL Real Estate License since 1998. She had a very successful career as a new home consultant with a local builder before deciding to take a break to raise her two boys. She also owned her own business, a women’s fitness center, for three years. Having enjoyed taking accounting classes in the past she was able to put it to use doing her own books and payroll. After selling the business she was able to take a few years off to be a stay-at-home mom and raise her boys until they were ready to go off to school. She worked for three years for a local church in children’s ministry. Jennifer has been the bookkeeper for our firm since 2016.
