Ginger R. Lore
Owner & Managing Attorney
Ginger Lore is a Florida attorney with more than 20 years of legal experience. Her practice focuses primarily on estate planning and trust administration. Ginger is known for her practical guidance and thoughtful approach to helping clients plan for the future and navigate complex legal decisions.
Ginger earned her undergraduate degree in Interpersonal Communication from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, in 1994. Go Noles! After college, she sought practical, hands-on experience in a law firm to better understand the legal profession and confirm her desire to pursue a career in law. She subsequently attended DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2002 and was recognized on the Dean’s List. During law school, Ginger worked as a law clerk for a well-respected plaintiff’s personal injury firm, where she gained valuable, hands-on experience in litigation and case preparation.
After graduating from law school, Ginger returned to Central Florida and handled insurance defense with a well-known Orlando firm. Her work focused primarily on medical malpractice and premises liability cases. She later served as in-house counsel for a small company and practiced family law. These diverse roles provided Ginger with a broad legal foundation and a strong appreciation for practical problem-solving, efficiency, and client-centered representation.
Over the course of her career, Ginger has also handled probate, guardianship, real estate, and eviction matters and serving as a Guardian ad Litem for abused, neglected, and injured children. Although these areas are no longer her primary focus, that experience continues to shape how she helps clients plan for difficult and uncertain times.
Today, Ginger devotes her practice to helping clients create clear, effective estate plans and guiding trustees and beneficiaries through the trust administration process. Clients value her straightforward advice, respect for their time, and focus on realistic, workable solutions tailored to their goals.
Ginger is actively involved in her community and professional organizations. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two sons—both currently in college—and their rescue dog, Ragnar.
